My Story

I wanted to share my hard-won lessons with up-and-coming women -- everything I would have liked to know earlier on in my career – to become a trusted, useful advisor that makes a difference for women as they navigate their careers and to help foster gender-balanced leadership at all levels in organizations.

I’m a Columbia-trained Organization Development practitioner that spent 23 years consulting to executives, coaching high potential leaders, and leading Diversity and Talent functions in Fortune 100 Finance, Aerospace and Logistics companies.

In the middle of that process, I founded and ran a non-profit supporting women to enter and thrive in competitive industries like Investment Banking 

During my corporate life, I worked with execs making decisions about talent, noticed patterns, and saw the progress we were NOT making with gender balance at senior levels

During my non-profit life, I fostered an 89% success rate for women entering Investment Banking and Technology -- compared to the typical 4% -- by researching the differentiators of success and using them to train participants to use strategic career management practices.
